About Massage
Massage is a wonderful way to connect with yourself, feel better, and achieve a healthy lifestyle! I find that massage affects not just physical wellbeing, but also supports and nourishes a healthy state of mind, energy, and spirituality. We are multidimensional beings who deserve to be taken care of on a multidimensional level! I strive to do that with my massage and healing services.
I work with your body to provide a massage session that not only feels great, but really keeps working as you go about your daily activities. I find sources of tension and pain, and unwind the muscles, while using energy work to restructure old pain patterns into new healthy ones from a cellular level. All of this while you blissfully drift into deep relaxation. Each session is customized to treat specific needs, using a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Reiki, Trigger Points, and Myofacial techniques. My goal is to relax the muscles enough that even deep work feels amazing rather than painful.
Over the past year and a half I've been practicing massage, I've had the opportunity to help clients receive relief from various common problems such as sciatica and low back pain, frozen/stiff shoulders, neck/jaw/tmj pain, vertebral misalignments and slipped discs, hand & arm pain/carpal tunnel, migraines, and more. I highly recommend combination therapy, and try to work in line with other treatments you may be receiving such as accupuncture, chiropractic, or physical therapy.
Above all, I am committed to helping you achieve your wellness goals, whether you simply want to relax every so often or have a specific pain issue that needs in depth work. I really believe that massage can change your life... let me help you make the changes you desire in this new year!!

All sessions are customized Swedish, or Deep Tissue focus. Be be aware that in order to do Deep Tissue focus on more than one area, a 90min session should be scheduled.
